Walnut Creek Near Mansfield affecting Tarrant County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Walnut Creek near Mansfield. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Moderate flooding will occur along the creek through Mansfield, downstream of Joe Pool Lake. At 22 feet, Retta Road, North Street, Walnut Creek Road, and Magnolia Road are all flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 23.3 feet this morning.
