Description:
At 538 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of
Sheridan, moving east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported. Multiple trained spotters
reported large trees down near Ranchester.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Sheridan, Ranchester and Parkman.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm has produced damaging winds and is capable of
producing large hail.
Wind damage with this storm will may before any rain or lightning. Do

immediately inside a sturdy structure and stay away from windows.
Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
