Harmony, or 17 miles southwest of Laramie, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Hutton Lake, Harmony, Boulder Ridge, and The Buttes.
