* WHAT...Afternoon high temperatures between 95 and 99 degrees.
Overnight low temperatures in the mid 60s.
* WHERE...Central Laramie County and East Laramie County.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Saturday to 9 PM MDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction:
Take extra precautions when outside. Drink plenty of fluids and wear
lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous
activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see
symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
