Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern Teton County in northwestern Wyoming...
* WHEN...Until 845 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Overflowing poor
drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 546 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Big Cow Creek, Bacon Creek, Clear Creek, Tepee Creek, Bear Cabin
Creek, Dry Fork Clear Creek and Gros Ventre River. Additional
rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
