* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Hot Springs County in central Wyoming... * WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 613 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Jones Creek, West Bridger Creek, West Kirby Creek, Alkali Creek, Reed Creek, Twin Buttes Draw, Buffalo Creek, Kirby Creek and Ditch Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
