* At 806 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast
of Madison, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Montgomery, Cedar Grove, East Bank, Glasgow, Smithers, Pratt,
Burnwell, Powellton, Handley, Seth, Leewood, Dawes, Sharon,
Eskdale, and Racine.
This includes West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 62 and 86.
Instruction:
