miles north of Hamlin, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Nitro, St. Albans, Hurricane, Milton, Poca, Culloden, Tornado, Teays
Valley, and Cross Lanes.
