...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in West
Virginia...
West Fork River above Clarksburg affecting Harrison County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...West Fork River above Clarksburg.
* WHEN...Until Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Homes along the low sections of the river
on Liberty Avenue and Route 19 flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 15.5 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:15 PM EDT Wednesday was 16.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just
after midnight tonight and continue falling to 3.7 feet Monday
evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.6
feet on 12/14/2007.
