* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northeastern Harrison County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 130 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, and other low-lying is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 423 PM EDT, The automated gauge on the West Fork River in Enterprise was reading 16.67 feet and slowly rising. The river is expected to cross minor flood stage of 17 feet this afternoon and then drop below minor flood stage this evening. At a stage of 17 feet, flooding of low-lying areas along the river occurs in and around Enterprise. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
