* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southwestern Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... West Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Central Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 948 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. River gauges indicate minor flooding is occurring on Sand Run and Middle Fork Tygart Valley River near Ellamore. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill and Ellamore. - This includes Route 33 between mile markers 15 and 17. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
