* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 527 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the
warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Rock Cave, Beverly, Junior,
Womelsdorf (Coalton), Huttonsville, Montrose, Harman, Glady,
Kerens, Bowden, Alton, Alexander, Dryfork and French Creek.
- This includes Route 33 between mile markers 31 and 35.
