* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 245 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing due to heavy rain from earlier
thunderstorms. River gauges indicate minor flooding is occurring
on Sand Run and moderate flooding is occurring on Middle Fork
Tygart Valley River near Ellamore.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill, Horner and Ellamore.
- This includes Route 33 between mile markers 2 and 5...and between
mile markers 15 and 17.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
