- At 1224 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area
due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. Between 1.5 and 3.5
inches of rain fell.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Clarksburg, Buckhannon, Grafton, Weston, Philippi, Audra State
Park, Bridgeport, Shinnston, Belington, Stonewood, Nutter Fort,
Salem, Lumberport, West Union, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, Enterprise,
West Milford, Junior and Lost Creek.
- This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 98 and 128. Route 33 near mile
marker 1...and between mile markers 6 and 7...and near mile
marker 15...and near mile marker 17. Route 50 in West Virginia
between mile markers 45 and 82.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
