Description: 
At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen from earlier storms. Additional thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall are expected between 6 and 7 pm which may required extending the warning. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill, French Creek, Ellamore and Horner. This includes Route 33 between mile markers 2 and 5...and between mile markers 15 and 17.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
