At 1238 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of thunderstorms along a line extending from 9 miles northeast of Leonard to Sandstone. Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Heavy rain with rainfall rate of 2 to 4 inches per hour is occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Wind may gusts up to 40 mph with stronger storms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lewisburg... White Sulphur Springs... Ronceverte... Rainelle... Alderson... Rupert... and Quinwood.
