Description:
At 830 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers 8 miles west
of Summersville, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Summersville, Richwood, Ansted, Craigsville, Hawks Nest State Park,
Canvas, Muddlety, Nettie, Calvin, Kesslers Cross Lanes, Drennan,
Mount Nebo, and Swiss.
This includes Route 19 between mile markers 23 and 49.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
