At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Clay, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sutton, Gassaway, Birch River, Harrison, Widen, Boggs, Little Birch, Frametown, Strange Creek, Centralia, and Erbacon. This includes the following highways... Interstate 79 between mile markers 49 and 61. Route 19 between mile markers 54 and 68.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
