HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, heavy rain, and frequent lightning. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Reduced visibility and minor flooding possible. Frequent cloud to ground lightning strikes. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Surry around 1025 AM EDT. Williamsburg, College Of William And Mary, Jamestown, Scotland, Kings Point, and Elberon around 1030 AM EDT. Queens Lake, Grove, Busch Gardens, York Terrace, and Carver Gardens around 1035 AM EDT. Newport News, Gloucester Point, and Lee Hall around 1040 AM EDT. Virginia Institute For Marine Sciences, Fort Eustis, and Wicomico around 1045 AM EDT.
