At 157 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near South Lincoln,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

Middlebury, Hancock, Salisbury, Ripton, Bristol, Lincoln, New Haven,
Buels Gore, Granville, Warren, Fayston, Goshen, Starksboro, East
Middlebury, Jerusalem, South Lincoln, Branbury State Park, New Haven
Mills, West Lincoln, and Lake Dunmore.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 300 PM EDT for central and
northwestern Vermont.
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

building.
