* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following county, Utah. * WHEN...Until 700 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 348 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eagle Mountain, Cedar Fort, Saratoga Springs and Fairfield.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
