* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected in the Echo Junction area including the interchange between I-15 and I-84. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following county, Summit...specifically the Echo Junction and Echo Reservoir areas. * WHEN...Until 545 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 443 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring in Echo Junction. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Echo Junction is the most likely place to experience minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Echo Reservoir and Echo...Including the junction of I-84 and I-15
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
