Description:
At 1138 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from 8 miles southwest of Cleveland Va to 8 miles northeast
of Elizabethton. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Elizabethton, Abingdon, Lebanon, Mountain
City, Cleveland Va, Walnut Hill, Glade Spring, and Honaker.
Instruction:

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
