At 452 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of Lebanon, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lebanon, Carthage, Hartsville, Watertown, Gordonsville, Hickman, South Carthage, Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Tuckers Crossroads, Dickerson Chapel Recreation Area, Center Hill Lake, and Edgar Evins State Park. This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 238 and 271.
