IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Greeneville, Newport, Tusculum, Parrottsville, Mosheim, Caney Branch, Bybee, Del Rio, Cedar Creek, and Camp Creek.
