* IMPACTS...Flooding continues in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Several roads remain closed.

- At 124 PM EDT, Earlier this morning, local law enforcement
reported heavy rain in Washburn TN and Maynardville due to
thunderstorms. The worst of the flooding has subsided, but minor
flooding continues. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rogersville, Maynardville, Rutledge, Bean Station, Russellville,
Luttrell, Bulls Gap, Thorn Hill and Mooresburg.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
