Description:
At 712 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of
Buffalo Gap, or 17 miles northeast of Hot Springs, moving northeast
at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Oral, Buffalo Gap, Fairburn, Smithwick and Intersection of Red
Shirt and Cuny Table Roads.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
