At 250 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles northeast of Easley, or 4 miles west of Berea, moving east at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Greenville Downtown, Berea, Paris Mountain State Park, Cherrydale
Point, Furman University, Travelers Rest, West Greenville, and
Dacusville.
