At 516 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Blackstock, or 7 miles north of Winnsboro, moving northeast at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 to 45 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winnsboro, Blackstock, Fishing Creek Reservoir, Fairfield Elementary School, Lebanon Fire Station, White Oak, Mitford, Fairfield County Detention Center, and Winnsboro Mills. This includes Interstate 77 between mile markers 41 and 50.
