Description:
* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and
seas 10 to 15 ft. The strongest winds are forecast to be over
the open Gulf waters.
* WHERE...Portions of the coastal waters of Alabama and
northwest Florida.
* WHEN...Tropical Storm force winds possible from early Tuesday
morning until Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Tropical storm force winds and hazardous seas could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
Instruction:
Mariners should consider altering plans to avoid possible
hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter
course, and/or secure the vessel for severe wind and seas.

North Mobile Bay; South Mobile Bay; Mississippi Sound; Perdido Bay Area; Coastal waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS out 20 NM; Waters from Pensacola FL to Pascagoula MS from 20 to 60 NM
