Description: 
At 620 PM EDT, local law enforcement, Doppler radar, and rain gauges reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Penn Hills, Monroeville, Plum, West Mifflin, Murrysville, Wilkinsburg, Munhall, North Versailles, Swissvale, White Oak, Forest Hills, Wilkins Township, Duquesne, Turtle Creek, North Braddock, Pitcairn, Manor and Trafford. Several roads were reported flooded across the area.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
