At 632 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles northwest of Warren to 17 miles north of Oil City. Movement was east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Youngsville, Spring Creek, Lottsville, Garland, Grand Valley, Chapman State Park, Warren South, Tidioute, and Starbrick.
