At 908 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 20 miles west of Jamestown to near Meadville. Movement was east at 60 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Warren, Sheffield, Columbus, Youngsville, Russell, Spring Creek, Scandia, Lottsville, Grand Valley, Warren South, Garland, Kinzua Dam, Chapman State Park, Tidioute, Sugar Grove, Starbrick, Clarendon, and Bear Lake.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until these storms pass.
