* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Beaver County in the Oklahoma Panhandle, and Lipscomb
County in the Texas Panhandle.
* WHEN...Through late Thursday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Recent rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches may lead to
excessive runoff with expected thunderstorms tonight through
tomorrow night.
