* WHEN...From this evening to tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, no flooding occurs but low lying
agricultural areas may be threatened. Continue to monitor later
forecasts.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 27.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.3
feet tomorrow morning and then slowly fall to below 27.0 feet
tomorrow afternoon.
