This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 140 and 176.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 7 and 9, and between
mile markers 11 and 30.
Instruction:
Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for southeastern
