Description:
At 239 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
South Zanesville, or 8 miles southeast of Zanesville, moving east at
45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Zanesville, Cambridge, New Concord, South Zanesville, North
Zanesville, Philo, Pleasant Grove, Cumberland, Norwich,
Chandlersville, Duncan Falls, Bridgeville, High Hill, Ruraldale,
Cannelville, Drake, Blue Rock State Park and Dillon State Park.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.
