* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...North Central Washington County in southeastern Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1028 PM EDT, The gauge on Duck Creek at Whipple crested at
14.75 feet and is falling. At 14 feet, low sections of Route 821
below Whipple flood.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lower Salem and Devola.
- This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 6 and
12.
