* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Brown County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 607 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Georgetown, Sardinia, Decatur, Russellville, Lake Waynoka, State Route 32 at US Route 62 and New Hope.
