* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Brown County in southwestern Ohio... Southeastern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 602 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Orab, Hamersville, Locust Ridge and New Hope.
