* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Adams County in south central Ohio... Southwestern Highland County in south central Ohio... Southern Brown County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 347 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inch is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Georgetown, Mount Orab, West Union, Peebles, Winchester, Sardinia, Seaman, Emerald, Blue Creek, Decatur, Russellville, Mowrystown, Cherry Fork, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, State Route 32 at US Route 62, Fincastle, Lake Waynoka, State Route 348 at State Route 125 and Redoak.
