* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Fayette County in central Ohio... Northeastern Highland County in south central Ohio... Northwestern Ross County in south central Ohio... Clinton County in southwestern Ohio... Northeastern Warren County in southwestern Ohio... South Central Greene County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of 0.5 inches is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wilmington, Greenfield, Waynesville, Sabina, Leesburg, Staunton, Good Hope, Frankfort, Harveysburg, Corwin, Highland, Port William, South Salem, Lees Creek, Reesville, Melvin, New Antioch and Bloomington.
