* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Brown County in southwestern Ohio... Northern Clermont County in southwestern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 307 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of 1 to 1.5 inches is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Loveland, Milford, Amelia, Mount Orab, Bethel, Williamsburg, Batavia, Withamsville, Owensville, Hamersville, Goshen, Newtonsville, East Fork State Park, Bantam, Clermont County Airport, Locust Ridge and Willowville.
