* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Delaware County in central Ohio... Northwestern Licking County in central Ohio... Central Union County in central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 208 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Westerville, Delaware, Marysville, Powell, Sunbury, Polaris, Radnor, Milford Center, Shawnee Hills, Galena, Ostrander, Hartford, Magnetic Springs, Stratford, Bellepoint, State Route 257 at US Route 36 and Lewis Center.
