Southwestern Monroe County in east central Ohio... * Until 415 PM EDT. * At 341 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 11 miles southwest of Woodsfield, moving southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * Locations impacted include... Fly, Graysville and Rinard Mills.
