At 631 PM CDT /531 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles
northwest of Solen, or 26 miles south of Bismarck, moving east at 35
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Solen, Cannon Ball, Breien, Stumpf State Natural Area, Fort Rice
and Standing Rock.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
