* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of North Carolina, including the following counties, Caswell, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry, Watauga, Wilkes and Yadkin and Virginia, including the following counties, Halifax, Henry, Patrick and Pittsylvania. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flash flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms along a stalled front are expected to result in repeat heavy rainfall through this evening.
