At 132 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles west of Columbus to 12 miles southwest
of Brevard. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Pickens, Easley, Travelers Rest, Landrum, Slater-Marietta, Inman,
Campobello, Six Mile, Saluda, and Paris Mountain State Park.
