of Lowland, or 22 miles north of Cedar Island, moving northeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Swindell Fork, Rose Bay, and Swan Quarter Ferry Terminal.
