IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Smithfield, Clayton, Bailey, Micro, Selma, Kenly, Middlesex, Emit, Buckhorn Reservoir, and Flowers. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 107 and 101. NC Highway 264 between Mile Markers 25 and 33.
